interMEDIATE Dispute Management’s own model of mediation is the secret to success. It offers the opportunity for workers to speak with each other respectfully in an encouraging environment, to discuss their issues, understand each other’s perspective, develop options and reach fair and robust agreements that each can live with, whilst learning effective ways to communicate and relate.

These lead to lower productivity, and profitability, even bankruptcy. How Mediation Works Best
Mediation provides an opportunity for those in dispute, to discuss their issues in a way that is meaningful, respectful, positive and solution focused. Workers take responsibility for peaceful resolution and this helps enable them to clarify roles, understand the motives of each other, to self-reflect, improve communication, workplace relationships and reach agreements that each can live with.
Under the new Work Health and Safety legislation, employers must ensure psychological and physical safety to protect employees from conflict, bullying and harassment. It is a legal requirement to have a dispute management plan in place to prevent, as well as quickly and appropriately deal with disputes. Resolving issues allows you to get back to business quickly. A more harmonious team is more effective and this means better work practices, higher productivity and profits.
Here’s how we help:
