Telephone Dispute Resolution (TDR-Co®) is conducted by telephone and participants can be at home, in their office indeed any place in the world. They do not see each other – and many prefer it that way. InterMEDIATE Dispute Management Pty Ltd is a private organisation, and we are the experts when it comes to Telephone Dispute Resolution in the Co-Model (TDR-Co®) also known as Telephone mediation, and Online Dispute Resolution or online mediation. Approximately half of our sessions are conducted utilising telephone and online conferencing models.
Online Dispute Resolution or online mediation are conducted using computers and participants see each other – if they choose to, as well as the whiteboard and any forms, using specialised software.
When distance separates parties, for those who have safety concerns, complexity of issues or some parties simply prefer not to be together in the same room, our accredited, trained and experienced co-practitioners utilise best practice principles in TDR-Co® and ODR-Co®. With the help of a male and a female mediator working as a team to assist parties to identify and explore their issues, develop new options, consider alternatives, reconcile conflict, negotiate, and reach agreement. Face to Face dispute resolution and mediation are not always appropriate, possible or desirable. In some cases, face to face methods have the potential to re-traumatise affected parties and this compromises their ability to work effectively with the process. Professional Telephone or Online Dispute Resolution and mediation helps empower parties, enabling them to work together to craft vital, robust agreements necessary.
We provide a free telephone intake with each party and then a confidential 1 hour telephone assessment, to help determine the most suitable process for your needs and will make appropriate referrals if required.
