InterMEDIATE Dispute Management Pty Ltd Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) provide counselling and assessments with each employee involved, and services extend to family members also requiring assistance in dealing with issues that may be affecting their relationships, health or overall wellbeing and/or their work performance. Counselling, coaching, mentoring, mediation, facilitation and conciliation are available by phone or face to face during and after hours, 7 days a week.

After payment of an annual retainer fee, your company will receive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services as provided in the Annual Registration, a premium service – reduced daily rate, national coverage, crisis intervention within the hour, 24 hour response and service delivery, 7 days a week response and service delivery, no pre-pay required, 30 day invoicing and further discount for payments received within 7 days of service delivery.

Cost of an Employee Assistance Program (AEP) varies according to location of sites and number of employees covered, and is made up of an administration – retainer fee, and a reduced hourly rate for service delivery.
