Honestly, I did the course because I had to tick a box, however I found it extremely interesting. I’m sure it’s going to be really useful in dealing with employees, friends, family and others in conflict. May be I’ll train to become a mediator.
This training forms the first day of our 5 day (plus 2 days for those who wish to become Nationally Accredited) Training to become a Mediator. Should trainees wish to continue to the mediation training, participants will receive a reduced fee for the mediation training course.
