NSW Government now requires Construction Companies who tender for work of $1M+, to have trained at least 2 of their senior personnel, in Conflict Resolution (CR) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). interMEDIATE Dispute Management is pre-qualified to provide services to NSW Government and others.

Courses are held on the second Monday of every second month in Liverpool NSW. Please select date in the enquiry form below. Courses are also available interstate, and can be provided in-house.

Honestly, I did the course because I had to tick a box, however I found it extremely interesting. I’m sure it’s going to be really useful in dealing with employees, friends, family and others in conflict. May be I’ll train to become a mediator.

This training forms the first day of our 5 day (plus 2 days for those who wish to become Nationally Accredited) Training to become a Mediator. Should trainees wish to continue to the mediation training, participants will receive a reduced fee for the mediation training course.
