Become a highly skilled Nationally Accredited Mediator. interMEDIATE Dispute Management’s robust, mediation training is held in Sydney from Monday 11th September to Friday Friday 15th September. For those who pass the course and wish to become a Nationally Accredited Mediator, two more days – Monday 25th September for Practice, and then National Mediation Accreditation Assessment on Tuesday 26th September. interMEDIATE Dispute Management will train you with highly interactive and interesting education, by highly knowledgeable and skilled trainers, in small class sizes to ensure you become the best mediator you can be.

Our 5 day plus 2days course exceeds the requirements of National Mediation Accreditatin Standards (NMAS) to ensure high levels of learning. The interMEDIATE Dispute Management model will provide you with skills from first enquiry through to agreement writing. Shockingly, most other mediation training courses in Australia don’t cover enquiries, Initial Assessments, which are key to the success of any mediation, or even agreement writing. Uniquely, the interMEDIATE Dispute Management model then adds a really helpful educational component.
The educational component of the interMEDIATE model recognises when parties are not able to communicate respectfully, asks permission of the parties to show them how to use highly effective communication skills, and understand the dynamics of their relationship. We provide them with the most appropriate and effective skills to assist them during the mediation and beyond.
