CONFIDENTIALITY and MANDATORY REPORTING
Clients of interMEDIATE Dispute Management enjoy the utmost respect, and safety in the knowledge that all conversations about their cases are confidential unless otherwise requested by that party or known to be shared. Confidentiality however, has legal limits. As mandatory reporters, we are mandated to report to the relevant authorities if we hear or suspect that a child is in danger. If we hear a threat of harm towards any person we would report that to the relevant authorities.
