Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)

An effective Employee Assistance Program demonstrates to your employees that they are important and that you care about their mental, psychological and emotional health. The program saves you money by tackling problems before they become major issues which affect the quality and effectiveness of employee efforts in the workplace. Stressed employees often cause stressful workplaces.

With Employment Assistance Programs (EAP), early intervention is the key. Services are confidential and non-judgemental. InterMEDIATE Dispute Management Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) provide counselling and assessments with each employee involved, and services extend to family members also requiring assistance in dealing with issues that may be affecting their relationships, health or overall wellbeing and/or their work performance. Counselling, coaching, mentoring, mediation, facilitation and conciliation are available by phone or face to face during and after hours, 7 days a week.
