Workplace Arbitration
Workplace arbitration is highly effective for resolving workplace disputes when there is no longer any goodwill between the parties and little or no desire to resolve the conflict co-operatively. When the conflict has escalated to such a high level that mediation is no longer a viable option, then workplace arbitration may be appropriate.
Workplace arbitration is appropriate when it is considered that a decision that binds the parties.
Faster than court and completely private; there will be no reporting to your industry peers, employees, employers, the press, your families, your clients or any other stakeholders.
Workplace arbitration will allow legal representation for the parties. The legally qualified arbitrators will review and consider parties' statements, then a legally binding decision will be handed down, by the arbitrators without appeal, to end the dispute.
