InterMEDIATE Dispute Management is the nominated Dispute Resolution Provider of choice for Australian Education and Training Institutions.

Because of their multi-tier hierarchical systems, number of staff, management and students, parties in training and education organisations in particular, are able to benefit from resolving their issues in an independent, unbiased and impartial method of dispute resolution, such as mediation, arbitration, conferencing, and facilitation. In recognition of these specific needs, education and training organisations who provide their services to overseas students, must now nominate a dispute resolution provider.

The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), The National Training System, is the key driver of Australia's economic and social growth, setting policy for a national network of 4,200 public and private registered training providers. Several millions of students of all ages and backgrounds, in various locations throughout Australia, participate in vocational education and training each year.

The AQTF became effective in July 2007. The Ministerial Council of Vocational and Technical Educational have approved these quality arrangements.*

InterMEDIATE Dispute Management is the nominated registered provider of choice for educational and training institutions throughout Australia, offering more benefits, providing affordable, effective, independent dispute resolution services.

InterMEDIATE Dispute Management complies with the Dispute Resolution requirements of the AQTF recognising the set National Standards, which also assures nationally consistent, high quality training and assessment services for the clients of Australia's vocational and education and training system.

Our service complies with the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students (The National Code 2007). Under this code we respond within 48 hours to providers of education and training. Under the legislation, each provider of education and training to overseas students must nominate an independent dispute resolution provider.
