What is Facilitation?

Contct Us

A facilitated discussion is assisted by the facilitator who encourages parties of 2 or more to speak, hear, understand, acknowledge and offer opinions. The facilitator will ensure a balanced process where each/all parties are equally able to express their views respectfully. The facilitation process can be utilised to elicit public opinion, allow parties a say in a discussion or meeting, aid the creation of new ideas, foster understanding between groups or individuals, discuss conflicting opinions, express views about a particular subject, and/or reach consensus.

Facilitation can be utilised two or multiple parties in councils, government departments, neighbourhoods, boardrooms, sporting and social clubs, associations, membership organisations, blended families etc
