What is Conciliation?

Contct Us

Conciliation is similar to mediation, in that it is negotiation and agreement making in a structured process, run by an impartial and unbiased third party professional to keep the process moving respectfully in a forward direction.

Conciliation however has an element of advice. If after the negotiation and option generation process, parties are still unable to agree, a conciliator, having heard the issues and negotiation, will offer an opinion and suggest a resolution from their third party neutral perspective. Conciliation, like mediation is suitable for most types of disputes.
