If self resolution is not possible, and a binding decision is required to end a dispute, arbitration may be suitable. Arbitration is similar to a private court, although usually less expensive or time consuming. A legally qualified arbitrator will review evidence presented by parties’ legal representatives and makes a legally binding decision, that has no appeal process.
