What is Arbitration?

If self resolution is not possible, or when a binding decision is required, arbitration may be suitable.

Arbitration is similar to a private court, although usually less expensive or time consuming. Parties submit their cases, or their legal may do so. An arbitrator will review evidence presented and makes a legally binding decision to end the dispute. There is no appeal process.
