InterMEDIATE Dispute Management Pty Ltd utilises a Co-Mediation and a Co-Dispute Resolution model in which 2 highly skilled practitioners work together as a team in the mediation session. Co-models are more effective than solo as they utilise the skills and experience of 2 practitioners in a balanced, impartial process. Male and female practitioners working together provide a gender balance which is important, even when parties are of the same gender.

Co-Mediation is very efficient, usually taking less than half the time of solo mediation.

At InterMEDIATE Dispute Management Pty Ltd we bring our technology with us so agreements to be reality tested, future paced, generated, adjusted and printed ready for signing at the end of the mediation.
