InterMEDIATE Dispute Management's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps private companies and government organisations of all sizes to provide appropriate assistance to their employees.This is done in a timely manner to maintain the health and wellbeing of each person and the group. Our aim is to provide meaningful responses to their individual employee needs, and to meet the code of conduct, ethics and vision of the employee and employer, as well as to increase productivity.

Early intervention is the key. Services are confidential and non-judgemental. InterMEDIATE Dispute Management provides counselling and assessments with each employee involved, and services extend to family members also requiring assistance in dealing with issues that may be affecting their relationships, health or overall wellbeing and/or their work performance. Counselling, coaching, mentoring, mediation, facilitation and conciliation are available by phone or face to face during and after hours, 7 days a week.

We provide immediate telephone response and 48 hour service delivery. All our practitioners are highly skilled and experienced in assisting individuals with a wide range of personal, family and work related issues.
