1. InterAgency Mediation through Telephone Dispute Resolution
When parties in dispute cannot agree on the choice of Mediator, firm or organisation, when distance between parties, comfort or safety concerns are an issue InterAgency Mediation through Telephone Dispute Resolution in a Co-Model (TDR Co®) can enable the process takes place. Our cutting edge process allows each party in dispute to select their own Accredited Mediator or agency which has practitioners trained in the TDR Co® model. Although separately selected, mediators do not advocate for either party - they work toghether as a team and remain impartial at all times.
With the involvement of their chosen Co-practitioner, parties can immediately feel more confident that they have selected a practitioner that suits their needs, offering a cultural suitability and gender balanced approach, to help achieve their best outcomes. They can therefore feel empowered, more willing and able to work with the confidential process.
Co-Mediators are Registered and Accredited Mediators who are specially trained and have gained extra skills that allow them to work together as a team, utilising the extra energy and resources that 2 highly trained mediators provides.
TDR Co® Practitioners offer a co-operative and balanced process, ensuring impartiality and minimising concerns of bias .
Practitioners utilising the TDR Co® model which is client centred, efficient, highly effective, helps each party identify and explore their issues, develop options and negotiate their own robust agreements.
The TDR Co® model is a development that ensures trained co-mediators from different agencies can adapt and work together using the same agreed model.
