1. InterAgency Mediation

A cutting edge process which allows each party in dispute to select their own Accredited Mediator or agency which has practitioners trained in the highly effective InterMEDIATE Dispute Management, InterAgency model. Although separately selected, mediators remain impartial.

This is particularly useful when parties in dispute cannot agree on one party's choice of Co-Mediator, firm or organisation. It is also ideal for Online Mediation - by phone, internet etc, when distance is an issue.

Co-Mediators are Registered and Accredited Mediators who are specially trained and have gained extra skills that allow them to work together as a team, utilising the extra energy and resources that 2 highly trained mediators provides.

InterAgency Co-Mediation Practitioners offer a co-operative and balanced process, ensuring greater neutrality and impartiality.

With the involvement of their chosen Co-Mediator, parties can immediately feel more confident that they have selected a mediator that suits their needs, offering a cultural suitability and gender balanced approach, to help achieve their best outcomes. They can therefore feel empowered, more willing and able to work with the process.

The InterAgency Co-Mediation model is a further development that ensures trained co-mediators from different agencies can adapt and work together using the same model.

The process of InterAgency Co-Mediation relies on trained practitioners and willing parties working together in an open, respectful, honest and dignified way to resolve their issues, to craft meaningful and lasting agreements. InterAgency Co-Mediation is ideal for all disputes including: Family, Workplace, Commercial, Community etc.

2. InterAgency Family Dispute Resolution

As with all InterAgency Mediation, InterAgency Dispute Resolution, practitioners utilise a model that is client centred, highly effective, helps each party identify and explore their issues, develop options and negotiate their own robust agreements.

Through this respectful process separated parents and intact families may repair or strengthen their relationships to enable co-operative parenting and a brighter future for their families.
